April is World Landscape Architecture Month!

Join Rob Marchak, Director of Strategic Projects (Sustainable Development) at the City of Edmonton, for a presentation of one of the most intriguing initiatives the City has ever constructed in the River Valley. Upon completion, this project will improve accessibility for citizens of all abilities by combining the creation of a series of public spaces…and a funicular!

Presented by the NAIT Landscape Architectural Technology program in partnership with the Alberta Association of Landscape Architects (AALA), this will be a unique social experience for design professionals and the general public. Attendees are invited to learn about the great public places in our River Valley, socialize with local landscape architects and visit the four gardens of the Muttart Conservatory.
Cash Bar and Reception: 7:00pm
Presentation: 7:30-8:30pm
Social and Garden Tour: 8:30pm

Admission is limited. Please register to ensure entrance.
