Join us for a showcase of local design, featuring furniture and product design by Edmonton designers and makers. All the pieces on show are currently in production and are available for order. Opening night is Saturday, December 7/2013 and the show will continue for the following week.

Italian-born Massimo and Lella Vignelli are among the world’s most influential designers. Throughout their long career, their motto has been, ‘If you can’t find it, design it.’ The film "Design is One" brings us into the work and everyday moments of the Vignellis’ world, capturing their intelligence and creativity, as well as their humanity, warmth, and humor.

The October 5th #makescape was highlighted design by combining small scale urban installations with amazing programming. Pecha Kucha 17 (PKN 17), hosted at the nearby Winspear, was streamed live and projected onto screens in downtown Edmonton’s Centennial Plaza.
